This image defines a mastery of space with light and tonal values that work with exceptional technique throughout the work. It nurtures an intuitive response from the viewer as though it carried a spiritual theme. Well done, I look forward to seeing more of your work.
Very original and brilliant idea expressed in a prevailing composition and presented with exclusive set of colors creating attractive contrast. Conveying inner feeling and the power of prey in such style, is challenging yet, you have done it successfully.

What I find most fascinating about this art work is that the white area can be read as foreground but when I pause and look a little longer it recedes and the grays and earth tones move forward! The painting is very earthy and reminiscent of the edge of a shell, bits of sand, branches of a whitened tree. Or perhaps the wings of an angel! On the right hand side I see a figure within the gray area, much like a cave drawing. I am amazed that you have created this from soot and oil. You have developed much skill in working with these materials. Thank you for your submission.
