Transformations… Where? First in your deep conscious mind and then reflected through the face and body language. Colours are beautiful ; space is very well utilized and the surrealism surfaces with vividness filled through the entire work. Bravo.
This work is a transition for you. With a limited pallet the emotion of the piece is amplified an there is a harmony achieved within the flow of shapes and colors.
It comes together with it’s various elements bonded into one reflection, impactful with no hesitation as if the thoughts transferred automatically to the canvas. Truly a memorable work.
Bold striking artwork. Well balanced, excellent choice of colours. The painting has an underlying sinister feel. Transformations….. there are two overlapping images or levels within the painting the lower dark and sinister the upper level bold, colourful, powerful but a sinister feel remaining throughout.
Thank you for your submission. Your painting is an excellent example of Surrealism and I really enjoy the various view points (figure planes) The face is predominate on the first level and within this level there are many figure planes leaving to explore. I wonder what is dancing behind the facial level between the skeleton on the left and the figure on the right. Magical and Mysterious! My first response to the art work was a deep sense of sadness in the face symbolized by the tear at the bottom. Your art work is a true depiction of Transitions and Transformation. I hope to see more of your art works!
