Inspired on The Mozart Piano Concert #23. I used to listen to this beautiful song in times of sorrow, it makes me take a deep breath and the beats of my heart get slow.

  1. A depiction of the heart, the soul and and the spirit of creation, all enhanced by the selection of blue and violet for spirit and anticipation, red for life and green for healing. The repetative patterns reflect a progression and tie the composition together. An intriguing spiritual work well done.

  2. It is a pity that the link provided for the music is non-existent because it makes it impossible to assess to which movement from Mozart’s Concerto No 23 this work refers.
Musically, the 1st Movement showcases Mozart’s penchant for improvisational cadenzas set against a variety of thematic and harmonic progressions and recapitulations which resonate something of the sonata form within the construct of the concerto framework.
The 2nd Moverment of this work musically sculpts the emotive momentum of Mozart’s exceptional skill at lyrical storytelling with an ease of constraint rendered by its overal contolled dissonance.
The 3rd Movement hones the concerto’s musical colouring through an articulation of phrasing that exemplifies the classicist balance of form and structure, within which the emotive explosiveness his held back by technical restraint.

Overall, Mozart’s Concerto No 23 in three movements is an expression of qualitative grace, clarity and balance.

From the heartfelt deptiction here by the artist of an enclosed heart, wrapped much like the solo voice of the piano within the overall layers of orchestral embellishments, the artist renders an apparent agony of waiting. Poised upon uncertainty and colourfully conveying the relationship of desire and aspiration, the work reflects the musical embellishment and orchestration that expresses the tension of heart and mind. A poignant work. The visual relationship between solo voice and the orchestra nicely intimated. Well done.

  3. I mainly value this work for it obviously comes with a “gut” feeling. This is very inner. Colours & light are close to stained glass windows. The red ribbon traces the pulse beat, oppressed, irregular, leading to the heart, blank.
I need to see more as well.
