I am thinking that this may be a digital art work and forgive me if I am wrong. In any case the composition is strong with the earth color at the bottom where we enter the art work to the black and browns of the destroyed tank and the overall destruction of the city. The blue on the building leads the viewer up and out of the composition. This art work depicts the aftermath of war; the desolation and destruction of dealing with a crisis in a violent manner. Although it shows us the devastation it is not immediately hurtful but evokes feelings of regret and sadness. This is a powerful statement about war and it’s consequences and it is presented in a manner that can teach others. Thank you for your submission.
Lloyf extremely power piece of art, gets right to the point. Wish you had posted what the piece was made of: Digi Art? Mixed Media? I ask if mixed media because it looks like the red is sticking out in the center a rip in paper. To me the red is the blood of invasions/killing. The wreckage is the left overs by the destroyers who never really think why they are doing this…they just follow orders never thinking of the destruction & death they leave behind.
