  1. Mother and child in crises. There is a transitory, fleeting moment of shock when a person receives tragic information. At this moment, their world dissolves into unbelief. This is what I believe you have captured. I want to explain this further but I’m almost at a loss. We see this look of emptiness, almost virginal expression on those who are receiving news of the death of loved ones. It lasts only for a second. Aha. There was a photograph of a war torn woman on National Geographic that became very famous.(but I’m sorry I’ve lost the reference)….her eyes held this look. You have captured this fleeting moment of tragedy and spirituality in this last one in the series. Well done and hope my comment is helpful to you.

  2. Lloyd this is powerful in a strange & intriguing way. Is it digi art or painted? It is obvious that the Mother is holding her dead infant & is in shock but I feel she has also died & they are two ghosts for us to ponder. I can’t understand how the USA or any other nation can imagine that innocent people in a war torn country will see them as frinds ho ill make thier lives better. You have captured this pain that rips the innocents apart.
