  1. This is a truly creative inner expression. It is a testament to your progress with linocuts. So original in thought and expressive with great control of the medium, this is such a fine work that it continues to impact the viewer’s impression as it excites the imagination.

  2. This composition holds many possibilities. My first experience is that of the face filled with horror. Then I view next a macro view from above and I see the typhoon swirling around and over the landscape. Finally, the composition can resemble a finger print. The white layering over the deeper toned colors beneath the immediate surface give the composition this ability to shift. Amazing art work! Thank you, Edgar for following your creative process with such integrity.

  3. Edgar, I apreciated much your last sending considering then you have reached a peak but I love this one even more! The drastic reduction of your palette makes it even powerful. There’s an absolute commitment between your statement & your image offering a double reading; A possible satellite image upon the atmospheric disturbance & its symbolic expression under a mask of anger & violence. Should we see a deeper link between the two? You advantageously avoided any strict symmetry to let nature prevail. I highly value your creativity & the artistic profit you get from the masterskill in your medium. This is beautiful ! Bravo..
