THE SEA IS A PLACE I LOVE. BUT WHAT IS LOVE? CAN SOMEONE TAKE THE THINGS I LOVE AND MAKE THEM INTO FIRE AGAINST ME? CAN SOMEONE TAKE LOVE AND TURN IT TO HATE? CAN SOMEONE TAKE WATER AND TURN THEM TO FIRE? AND WHY SHOULD PEOPLE DO IT TO OTHERS? AND THIS FIGURES IN THE WATER DO I KNOW THEM? OR JUST I THOUGHT I KNEW? PHOTO AT THE SEA OF ASHDOD

This picture almost seems to demand a closer look as it takes you further the more you look at it.
You have achieved a very painterly effect with photography and photoshop! This is a unique work of art. I appreciate the colors, tones and balance within the composition. I hope to see more of your art works in the future.
The left center and up side is perfectly treated, that it leaves the sand out of perspective; I wonder what could happen if you give it more presence;
Your technique reveals a wonderful compliment of colors and the composition is interestingly proportioned The light value of the sand merging with the water is beautifully defined. The work starts to loose some of its impact as the brilliant orange and yellow color values stop abruptly at the water’s edge leaving a wide expanse of sand that asks to be infused with some light variations. Still – a beautiful work.
A very picturesque use of your medium exploiting transparency. Your scattered layer in gold creates a rich colour effect & overturns horizontal perception into vertical, presenting the scene like retro-projected for us. Although the sandy zone plays an active role in this, I would have let the “screen” fall down lower on the frame, taking advantage to spread out the treatment in the direction of the sky.
I appreciate here your direction for research, pursuing something more “crafted” & I definitively enjoy the result.
