In the search of truth by Antonino Gambino

How many questions in life, perhaps, but, if, about … … How many questions, when, how, why, where … … … … … … A life spent searching for an answer, only to find that it was enough to stop a moment in the dark of night, reflect, raising his eyes to heaven, contemplate the immensity, the perfection and beauty of creation, to have quite the mystery unveiled. P.S. I apologize for the small format, but the little time does not allow me to create larger works. .

  1. I am drawn to the center of the piece. It’s calm mystery and restful hues make me wish I could see the central piece as a larger part of the work. However your composition is totally representative of your reflection about life. It implies geometrically the trials and tribulations we create for our selves not realizing that in so doing we obscure as you say , “the perfection and beauty of creation”. Very intriguing piece – well done.

  2. I really enjoy the sense of design versus the natural blue heavens with the moon! The blue is a color that naturally recedes and so I go to this first of all to discover a delicate starry night and a crescent moon. Then my eye notes that the structures around the sky are formal and yet non symmetrical by their placement at angles to each other. I read this as protection for the sky. Thank you for your submission!
