What’s next? …,
For this to make maximum impact we each have to complete our own individual program for minimum of 20 – 30 minutes seating quietly on a comfortable chair, a place where you will not be disturbed.
Now let’s begin our practice..,
For members who find it difficult to concentrate or settle the MIND to use:
Option 1 – visualization technique of closing our eye imagine you are at a place were there is water flowing over waterfall or looking at the waves at the seaside and enjoy the movement and sound of water connecting to your breath, gradually direct your mind to listen to the sound of your breath as you inhale than exhale, feeling more relax both the body followed by the mind.
Option 2 – the breathing technique to following the instruction: Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Take a few moments to “simply be”. Notice whatever is being experienced in the moment — sounds, physical sensations, thoughts, feelings — without trying to do anything about it.
Continue like this for a while, allowing yourself to settle down.
Notice the changes of the weather pattern around, any settle sensation you feel is different, now bring the attention back to the breath. Simply observe the breath as it moves in and out as the body inhales and exhales. Notice how the breath moves in and out automatically, effortlessly. Don’t try to manipulate or force it in any way. Notice all the details of the experience of breathing — the sensing of the air moving in and out of the nose, the way the body moves as it breathes.
The mind will wander away from the breath — that’s fine, it doesn’t matter. That’s a part of the meditation! When you notice that you are no longer observing the breath, is the time to bring your attention back with minimum effort.
Let all of your experiences — thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations — come and go in the background of your awareness of the breath. Notice how all of your experiences — thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, awareness of sounds and smells — come automatically and effortlessly like the breath, is the way to continue our practice sitting comfortably enjoying this moment of stillness and emptying of our minds.
As soon as you settle down with our breath technique feeling calm and peaceful to gradually move effortlessly toward introducing a deeper visualization technique of seeing light flowing from the top of the head around our heart slowly guiding – the colour of light being Blue around lower body down to your toe as you breath in and out, drawing our attention to see the colour change to a warm golden-yellow healing light all around the body and when you are ready start to project this lovely glow move further away bringing into your mind all the family, friends or any person, you would like to share your experience with .., all this should be done without any effort just relax and enjoy the whole experience..
Congratulation you have just completed your experience of being a meditator now join us each month.., HAPPY MEDITATION.
Mantra for each month
PEACE HARMONY LOVE COMPASSION
Mentally. physically and emotionally we are the same. We each have the potential to good and bad and to be overcome by disturbing emotions such as anger, fear, hatred, suspicion and greed. These emotions can be the cause of many problems. On the other hand if you cultivate loving kindness, compassion and concern for others, there will be no room for anger, hatred and jealousy.
“In Prayer we ask a question..,
In Meditation we receive the answer..,”
Maharishi Mahesh Yogi founder of the Transcendental Meditation
“Enjoy your life and be happy.
Being happy is of the utmost importance.
Success in anything is through happiness. More support of nature comes from being happy.
Under all circumstances be happy, even if you have to force it a bit to change some long-standing habits.
Just think of any negativity that comes to you as a raindrop falling into the ocean of your bliss.
You may not always have an ocean of bliss, but think that way anyway and it will help it come.
Doubting is not blissful and does not create happiness.
Be happy, healthy, and let all that love flow through your heart.”

WORLD MEDITATION FOR PEACE AND HEALING –
2015 has been an auspicious year where each month we visited one of the twelve spiritual Wonder’s of The World as our theme to provide us with more inspiration to study and learn from our experience as we completed our Global Meditation Day.
For our 29th WORLD MEDITATION DAY we revisit our second three themes we selected in the beginning of the year, to help us focus our attention in completing a wonderful experience and another opportunity to study the Ancient history of our past.
What have we learnt from our past?, Do you believe we have made progress?
As we look for ways to add more improvements to compliment our Life and see the changes we can all make over time.
We now draw close to the end of 2015, and Welcome a NEW YEAR 2016
WHAT ARISTOTLE KNEW?
HAPPINESS, whether consisting in pleasure or virtue, or both, is more often found with those who are highly cultivated in their minds and in their character, and have only a moderate share of external goods, than among those who possess external goods to a useless extent but are deficient in higher qualities.
The Energy of the MIND is essence of LIFE – Aristotle
ARISTOTLE is known for his Philosophical and scientific systems so lets harness this knowledge with the philosophies of the East and move into MINDFULNESS.
To enable us to understand this, join us and experience what this can mean?
Let us complete our task working in the present MOMENT, experiencing our connection with the Universe?.
Enjoy the fruits of an endless journey!!!.
