We meditate on the last Sunday of every month.
Future dates: 31st. July, 28th August, 25th September, 30th October, 27th November and 29th December.
Local times from 10-30am to until 6-00pm. YOUR LOCAL TIME. We all will be meditating on different times during that day, but we will create a ‘meditation wave link’ where one time zone overlaps for the next to complete our 24 hours of meditation across the Globe!

What’s next? …,
For this to make maximum impact we each have to complete our own individual program for minimum of 20 – 30 minutes seating quietly on a comfortable chair, a place where you will not be disturbed.

How
OPTIONS
For members who find it difficult to concentrate or settle the MIND to use:
Option 1 – visualization technique of closing our eye imagine you are at a place were there is water flowing over waterfall or looking at the waves at the seaside and enjoy the movement and sound of water connecting to your breath, gradually direct your mind to listen to the sound of your breath as you inhale than exhale, feeling more relax both the body followed by the mind.
Option 2 – the breathing technique to following the instruction: Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Take a few moments to “simply be”. Notice whatever is being experienced in the moment — sounds, physical sensations, thoughts, feelings — without trying to do anything about it.
Continue like this for a while, allowing yourself to settle down.
Notice the changes of the weather pattern around, any settle sensation you feel is different, now bring the attention back to the breath. Simply observe the breath as it moves in and out as the body inhales and exhales. Notice how the breath moves in and out automatically, effortlessly. Don’t try to manipulate or force it in any way. Notice all the details of the experience of breathing — the sensing of the air moving in and out of the nose, the way the body moves as it breathes.
The mind will wander away from the breath — that’s fine, it doesn’t matter. That’s a part of the meditation! When you notice that you are no longer observing the breath, is the time to bring your attention back with minimum effort.
Let all of your experiences — thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations — come and go in the background of your awareness of the breath. Notice how all of your experiences — thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, awareness of sounds and smells — come automatically and effortlessly like the breath, is the way to continue our practice sitting comfortably enjoying this moment of stillness and emptying of our minds.
As soon as you settle down with our breath technique feeling calm and peaceful to gradually move effortlessly toward introducing a deeper visualization technique of seeing light flowing from the top of the head around our heart slowly guiding – the colour of light being Blue around lower body down to your toe. As you breath in and out, gradually drawing our attention to see the colour change to a warm golden-yellow healing light all around the body and when you are ready start to project this lovely glow to move further away bringing into your mind members of the family, friends or any person, you would like to share your experience with .., all this should be done without any effort just relax and enjoy the whole experience.. You will notice that the time will go very quickly, 20 – 30 minutes will seem short as it will be soon time to come out of your meditation session.

Our monthly World Meditation for Peace & Healing began in August 2013. Today recognised as a tool to bring our Global family together to help focus our joint efforts for the benefit of mankind. Each member completing their individual program is rewarded by an increase in creativity, and where the possibilities is unlimited.

Our Theme in the creative lounge for 2016 is LOVE and KINDNESS. both qualities we can relate to Mahatma Gandhi LIFE story.

Gandhiji’s life story is full of courage, determination and religious willpower.
His timeless message still holds true to combat injustice and cruelty with the means of love and truth.
His message can be used to solve today’s social, political and ecological problems.
Mahatma Gandhi taught us that we can bring harmony to our world by becoming champions of LOVE and PEACE, he led by example in following the Ten virtues and principles of LIFE that we can incorporate in our daily practices.
Each month we will select one of his Ten virtues and principles of LIFE to our monthly meditation as our theme. This will help us to focus, learn and understand the values to enhance our life’s.
For the month of June as a global organisation, we will study his 6th step to Happiness, ask questions and learn from his wisdom to incorporate into our daily Life –
“The straight path is as difficult as the simpler were it not so, all would follow the straight path”.
There really isn’t too much to life, but the more advanced our society gets the more complicated we seem to be making things. It seems that technology is supposed to be making it easier for us, but we find reasons to complain, searching for answers about how hard life still is. How have we progress and what have we learn from our ancestors before us? Life is really simple, so do your best not to complicate it, and find path to create the Best solutions with every problem that we come against.
Why is simplicity important? Take a moment and look at your life. What are you doing that doesn’t serve you? And how did you find yourself in this position? Moving forward our initial thinking would be to live within our means, and for each one of us to find the happy medium to begin from what we can live without to be the starting point.
“After all, LIFE is really SIMPLE, we ourselves create the circumstances that Complicate it”.
Take more control view of your Life and avoid pitfall that leads to a stressful position, be more responsive for what we can handle. This can really help our body and mind recharge to get us ready for another day in the studio.
Where can I apply this in my life? And how to set more achievable targets? As creative Minds for us it’s to improve our productivity, where we continue to receive inspiration for new work, learning from last work we accomplish to become our driving force. It may be useful to set more realistic targets for ourselves, where we can access our position to use our spare time and energy as room to add more or remove anything that is not acceptable to develop our creativity!
It’s your life, and your choice. Try something, see how it works, then try making some adjustments. To begin with some small steps that you’ll make and see the benefits.

Meditation helps us to recognize negative emotional patterns and to develop the mental freedom to choose more positive responses. The process of quieting the mind helps to develop more loving kindness with more compassionate responses.
