artist Roth Edward Anderson image 1
I was given a dead rat a friend found on a walk. It took about 4 months to finally get a clean skeleton. On 2/20/14 I went on my balcony picked it up & immediately saw this sculpture in my mind. Went into my art studio & made the sculpture. I guess she is symbolic of myself since I can’t dance any longer due to my MS, RLS & Body Migraines. Yes the original piece.

The creature within the sculpture portrays pain and suffering with tormented questioning eyes. The twisted distorted body aware of time and its implications. The gold necklace holding together…resembling an inner strength and determination to carry on through adversity. Indeed a unique sculpture, this artist has extraordinary imagination and creativity! Excellent work!
Your imgination and sculptural stirrings inside brought out one of the Masterpiece; looking at the work the skeleton turns into marvellous sculpture; from Dead it becomes live.
WONDERFUL.
