Let’s begin our JOURNEY with the monthly World meditation day, an opportunity to connect with our GICAS global family & friends. A way to help us relax and to heal ourselves, from the comfort’s of our own home.

Meditation practice together creates a more powerful healing energy to spread more Love, Joy, Happiness, & Compassion  join us for the adventure by completing the simple five steps guided instruction to learn and practice today and than join us  for all our monthly events.

 Future dates: 30th December 2018: 27th January 2019; 24th February 2019; 31st Mar 2019 & 28th April 2019.

YOUR LOCAL TIME from 10-30am to until 6-00pm.  We all choose the best time that is most suitable to meditate over different time zones. This way we will create a ‘MEDITATION WAVE LINK”, where one time zone overlaps over to the next to complete our 24 hours of meditation across the Globe!

Now select a suitable local time that you can join us and together as one global family we can all help to make the difference..,

What’s next? …,

For this to make maximum  impact we each have to complete our own individual practice for minimum of 20 to 30 minutes seating quietly on a comfortable chair, a place where you will not be disturbed.

OPTIONS

For members who find it difficult to concentrate or settle Our MIND to use:

Option 1 – Visualization technique is working with our most memorable place and to remember the thoughts of being at a peace with ourself. Now close our eyes imagine a place where there is  water flowing over, creating a waterfall or imagine looking at the waves when you were at the seaside.  Enjoy experiencing the movement,  the sound of water, the fresh smell of the air and now connect to your breath, gradually direct your mind to listen to the sound of your breath as you inhale then exhale, feeling more relaxed, in both the body and the mind.
Option 2 –  The breathing Technique : Sitting comfortably and closing our eyes. Take a few moments to “Simply BE”. Notice whatever is being experienced in the moment — sounds, physical sensations, thoughts, feelings — without trying to do anything about it.  Continue like this for a  while, allowing yourself to settle down.
Notice the small changes of the weather pattern around you, any finer sensation you feel is different, now bring the attention back to the breathe. Simply observe the breathe as it moves in and out, as the body inhales and exhales. Notice how the breathe moves in and out automatically, effortlessly. Don’t try to manipulate or force it in any way. Notice all the details of the experience of breathing — the sensing of the air moving in and out of the nose, the way the body moves as you breath.
The mind will wander away from the breathe — that’s fine, it doesn’t matter. That’s a part of the meditation! When you notice that you are no longer observing the breathe, it is the time to bring your attention back with minimum effort.
Let all of your experiences — thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations — come and go in the background of your awareness of the breathe. Notice how all of your experiences — thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, awareness of sounds and smells — come automatically and effortlessly like the breathe, continue your practice sitting comfortably enjoying every moment of stillness and emptying of your mind.
As soon as you settle down with your breathe technique feeling calm and peaceful to gradually move effortlessly toward introducing a deeper visualization technique of seeing light, glowing  from the top of the head around our heart slowly guiding  – the colour of light being Blue around the lower body down to  your toes. As you breathe in and out,  gradually  drawing your attention to see the colour changing to a warm golden-yellow light all around your body and when you are ready to start, to release this lovely healing glow,  to move further away from your body,  bringing into your mind anyone that you would like to dedicate your practice..,  members of the family,  or friends, you would like to share your experiences today and dedicate your practice to.  All this should be done without any effort, just relax, and enjoy the whole experiences of stillness & calm. You will notice that the  time will go very quickly,  20 to 30 minutes will seem short.   It will be time to come out of your meditation session, now Breathe in LOVE .., Breathe out JOY.., Smile from your heart,  and continue sharing  your warm  healing energy with close families, and friends that comes to your MIND.  After completing your practice take two to five minutes, to settle your mind,  before continuing with your daily activities.

 Mentally. physically and emotionally we are the same.  We each have the potential to good and bad and to be overcome by disturbing emotions such as anger, fear, hatred, suspicion and greed. These emotions can be the cause of many problems.  On the other hand if you cultivate loving kindness, compassion and concern for others, there will be no room for anger, hatred and jealousy.

Welcome to our monthly updates and news on World Meditation for Peace & Healing that began in August 2013. Today recognized as a way to bring together our GICAS global family to help focus our joint efforts,  to spread more Peace and Healing around the World.   

 This is wonderful way we can all make a difference, whereby each member joining us to completing their own practice is also rewarded by an increase in creativity, same time develop our GLOBAL ACTION .., where the possibilities are ENDLESS?

My personal journey into meditation began in 1979 with Transcendental Meditation known as (TM),  with daily  diligent practice twice a day for 20 minutes,  progress toward an  advance technique of (Siddhi) meditation in 2010.    Where every Sunday I complete my practice remaining in  deep state of blissful meditation, sending all golden light for Peace & healing. Helping to transform Life around,  and all who are closely connected families and friends around the globe.

I take this opportunity to Congratulate you all for our GLOBAL ACHIEVEMENTS!!!.., And  welcome all NEW members joining us this Month to continue our journey.”

HAPPY NOVEMBER MEDITATION

If you feel overwhelmed,  take a deep breath. It will calm you and release the tensions.

If you are worried about something coming up, or caught up in something that already happened, simply take a deep breathe. It will bring you back to the present.

If you are moving too fast, breathe. It will remind you to slow down, and enjoy life more.

At all times Live in the PRESENT, not PAST or FUTURE. Breathe in LOVE., Breathe out PEACE & GRATITUDE..,  enjoy each Moment of this LIFE.
